Hindi:-फ्रिक्वेंसी कितनी बार होती है, इसका माप है। हर्ट्ज में फ्रिक्वेंसी मापी जाती है। यदि हर बार एक बार कुछ होता है तो इसकी आवृत्ति 1 हर्ट होती है। इसी तरह, हर सेकंड में 10 बार होने वाली चीज़ में 10 हर्ट्ज़ की आवृत्ति होती है।
